1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is the band Süd-Ost. You can reach us at info@sued-ost.nl.
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO AG (Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany). When pages are accessed, the server processes technically necessary data, for example your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the browser type and the amount of data transferred. This is necessary to deliver the site and operate it securely. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).
3. Contact form
If you write to us through the contact form, we process the details you enter: name, email address, optionally phone number, type of event, date, location and your message. We use them solely to answer your enquiry. The enquiry is sent by email to our mailbox. We do not store it in a database on the website itself.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where pre-contractual measures are concerned (e.g. a performance), otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete your enquiry as soon as it has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
To protect against automated spam, the form contains a hidden field and a short timing check. No additional personal data is collected in the process.
4. Cookies and tracking
We do not set any cookies and do not use any analytics or advertising tools.
5. Videos and images
The videos and images on this website are stored on our own server. No third-party videos are embedded.
6. Links to other websites
On this website you will find links to external sites, for example to the ticket sales of Parkstad Limburg Theaters (bestellen.plt.nl) and to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Spotify. Data is only transferred to the respective provider once you click a link. The respective operators are responsible for data processing there.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Simply write to us at info@sued-ost.nl.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
